Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Client Coordinator to join our team. This role is designed for fresh graduates or early-career professionals with up to 1 year of experience in client servicing, sales support, or coordination. The Client Coordinator will act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication, timely updates, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for client queries and requests.
- Coordinate with internal departments (sales, operations, accounts) to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
- Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems.
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and client documentation.
- Follow up with clients for feedback, payments, and service satisfaction.
- Support client onboarding and ensure smooth handovers.




- Track client interactions and prepare basic reports for management.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
- Team player with problem-solving mindset.

Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (Business/Commerce preferred).
