Key Responsibilities:
- _Plan and develop social media strategies and monthly content calendars_
- _Create and manage engaging content (videos, photos, text posts, reels)_
- _Post regularly across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter)_
- _Engaging with Customers on Different Channels: Responding to comments, messages, inquiries from followers and manage google my business._
- _Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly_
- _Stay updated with social media trends and platform updates_
- _Coordinate with clients: plan strategies, share calendars, reports, and meeting MOMs_
- _Collaborate with design, content, and tech teams for seamless execution_
- _Audit accounts weekly/monthly and set processes for smooth workflows_
- _Support team growth through upskilling and a positive work environment_




- _Take initiative in the absence of team members and follow up with clients when needed_

Requirements:
- _0.6 to 1 year of experience in social media management_
- _Strong understanding of major platforms & best practices_
- _Basic video/photo editing and content creation skills_
- _Excellent communication, coordination, and strategy planning_
- _Familiarity with analytics tools and reporting_
- _Ability to work independently and as part of a team_
