About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D visualizer POSM Display Designer to conceptualize, and design impactful Point of Sale Materials (POSM) for retail and brand activation projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design POSM displays for both MT and GT Markets
- Create and Render high quality product shots
- Create high-quality 3D renderings, and mock-ups for client presentations
- Translate brand guidelines into innovative retail display concepts
- Collaborate with brand strategists, graphic designers, and client servicing teams
- Prepare production-ready drawings, measurements, and material specifications
- Coordinate with vendors, fabricators, and printers
- Ensure designs meet budget, durability, and retail standards




- Stay updated with retail trends and fabrication techniques

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2-5 years of Experience in relevant field
- Degree/Diploma in Design, is an added advantage.
- Experience in POSM / retail display projects
- Proficiency in 3ds Max/ Blender
- Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
- Understanding of materials and fabrication

Valuable to Have
- Experience with branding/advertising agencies
- Knowledge of designing artworks for POSM and working in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Degree or diploma in fine or applied arts

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
