Job Summary

Join the agile team at Boganvila Patisserie & Café, ARZ Food Ventures, as a Food & Beverage Associate. You will be the face of our premium cake and dessert brand, responsible for ensuring smooth outlet operations, excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of product handling and presentation.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers with warmth and professionalism
- Manage order placements, pickups, and coordinate with the kitchen team for timely fulfilment
- Assist in plating, packaging, and presenting cakes in a hygienic and appealing manner
- Maintain outlet cleanliness, product displays, and stock organization
- Handle POS billing, payment processing, and basic order tracking




- Coordinate cake delivery orders with delivery partners and ensure customer satisfaction
- Capture customer feedback and escalate service gaps to the outlet manager
- Support cake sampling events, promotions, and peak-hour operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (required) ( Hotel Management / Hospitality preferred )
- Basic English and fluent Tamil
- Age: 18 - 30 years
- Willing to work 11 AM - 10 PM, 6 days a week
- Work Location: In person - Velachery, Chennai

Experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in Café, Bakery, Hotel, or F&B; service roles
- Experience in direct customer service or sales preferred
- Hotel Management / Hospitality background preferred

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
