Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day production activities in the fabrication unit.
- Ensure fabrication work involving channels, angles, SS sheets, MS sheets, aluminum sheets, and hardware items is executed as per drawings and specifications.
- Oversee press shop operations, including handling and monitoring press machines.
- Supervise welding activities and ensure proper welding techniques and quality standards are followed.
- Plan and allocate manpower effectively; handle and supervise shop-floor labour.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within defined timelines.
- Monitor quality, safety, and housekeeping on the shop floor.
- Coordinate with management, quality, and dispatch teams for smooth production flow.





Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Sound knowledge of the fabrication industry and related materials.
- Hands-on knowledge of press shop machines and welding processes.
- Solid labour handling and team management skills.
- Ability to read and understand fabrication drawings is an added advantage.
- Experience in a manufacturing/fabrication unit preferred.
- 1 Years experience

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
