A Project Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily site operations, ensuring work is carried out as per approved plans, maintaining quality and safety standards, and coordinating with project teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution. The role includes monitoring progress, resolving onsite issues, managing manpower and materials, conducting regular inspections, and maintaining site documentation and reports. The Project Supervisor supports the Project Manager by providing timely updates, ensuring adherence to timelines, and facilitating the successful and productive completion of all project activities.
