We are looking for hard-working Data Scientists who will be a member of our technology and innovation team responsible for new technology development and innovation projects within our organization.

This is your role.
- Research, create and implement advanced statistical models and innovative machine learning algorithms on rapid paced structured and unstructured data to support decision making.
- You need to Investigate the most appropriate techniques to solve complex problems by assessing diverse mathematical, statistical and AI models.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to seamlessly transition AI innovations into scalable and reliable operational solutions.
- Communicate findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through clear and concise reports, visualizations and presentations to gain alignment and drive business actions
- You have to collaborate with Software Engineers to ensure the smooth integration of data science products into global offerings.
- Have a very strong product approach and proactively conceptualise, design, improve and automate relevant data products.
- Guide and mentor junior data scientists and rest of the team on modeling process and algorithm and develop a collaborative and innovative work environment
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in LLM, NLP, deep learning, and machine learning algorithms, and proactively find opportunities to demonstrate new technologies for improved solutions.
