Position: Legal Officer (Back Office)

Location: Rajkot

Department: Legal & Recovery Support

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle back-office legal operations related to vehicle finance cases.
- Draft and prepare legal notices, demand notices, authorisation letters, and agreements.
- Maintain and update legal MIS, follow-up reports, and case status tracking.
- Coordinate with advocates, collections team,



and branch staff for case updates.
- Manage documentation for Section 138, Arbitration, SARFAESI, and civil recovery matters.
- Verify customer documents for legal compliance.
- Assist in preparing case files, affidavits, petitions, and other supporting documents.
- Monitor court hearing dates and maintain digital & physical records.
- Support management in compliance and audit-related requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in documentation.

Key Skills Required:
- Knowledge of civil law, recovery laws, and NBFC legal processes.
- Strong drafting and documentation skills.
- Valuable communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB).
- 0-3 years of experience in NBFC/Bank legal department preferred.
