Job Purpose:
Key Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and assess suitability for Microsoft Power Platform-based solutions or recommend alternate technologies and solutions where appropriate.
Provide hands-on support for proofs-of-concept and demos, engaging with internal customers to shape solution vision.
- Hands-On Development: Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain recent or existing Microsoft Power Platform solutions. Support and troubleshoot as needed, addressing bugs and performing root cause analysis. Guide backlog, review sprint architecture, and ensure performance, security, and maintainability. Remain updated on Power Platform features and best practices.
- Automation & Integration Expertise: Design and implement automated workflows (flows) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using Microsoft's Power Automate platform to streamline business processes. Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft and third-party apps via APIs and PA connectors (custom/standard).

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field required.
