Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year (ERP-based work mandatory)
Responsibilities:
- Accurate data entry in ERP system for Purchase entries:
- Entry and management of Dispatch details:
- Preparation and entry of Finished Bills:
- Handling Inward and Outward entries in ERP
- Maintain proper records of stock movement and transactions
- Coordinate with purchase, store, and dispatch teams for data accuracy
- Verify documents like purchase invoices, delivery challans, and bills before entry
- Ensure timely updating of ERP data on a daily basis
- Maintain data accuracy and confidentiality
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Data Entry Operator on ERP
- Hands-on experience in Purchase, Dispatch, Inward, Outward, and Billing entries:
- Basic knowledge of inventory and accounting processes:
- Proficient in ERP software and MS Excel:
- Valuable typing speed with accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in têxtile or manufacturing industry will be an advantage
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Attention to detail
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
