Job description

Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in AR process.
- Experience and strong knowledge of Under payment analysis mandatory.:
- Hospital billing experience is mandatory.:
- Experience an end-to-end AR team with strong knowledge of the US Healthcare Industry.
- Experience in process training would be an added advantage
- Robust interpersonal and excellent communication skills.
- Must be enthusiastic to learn new processes.
- Willing to work night shifts.
- Work from office.

Roles and responsibilities:
- Create and share the training plan with stakeholders.
- Deliver client specific training modules to recent hires.
- Meet Training TAT for CS training Program.
- Manage OJT and QCP phase for the CPs completing CS training.
- Maintain the training records Training details, Trainees Attendance & Feedback score for all

training conducted.
- Collect feedback from trainees on the quality of training.
- Monitor the progress of the trainees and provide constructive feedback.




- Monitor new joiners performance for the first 60 days and clarify process related queries.
- Prepare the training plans, training content and assessments for refresher training.
- Recommend changes in the training plan & training method.
- Manage client updates in internal systems and scheduling assessments.
- Update SOP and PWI only on a weekly basis.
- Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions.
- Design effective training content.
- Prepare educational material such as module summaries.
- Support and mentor new employees.
- Keep attendance and other records
- Manage training Datasets.
- Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement.
- Monitor employee performance and response to training.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
