We are looking for Factory Workers / Packers to join our manufacturing unit. The role involves packing products, assisting in batch preparation, and supporting daily production activities. No prior experience is required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Pack finished products according to company standards
- Assist in batch preparation and material handling
- Maintain cleanliness of the production and packing area
- Follow all safety rules and company procedures
- Support supervisors and team members as required

Requirements:
- Willingness to work in a factory environment
- Ability to perform physical work
- Ready to work in shifts
- Freshers are welcome to apply
