We are looking for a motivated Academic Sales Counselor who can guide engineering students and professionals in choosing the right career-oriented courses. The role involves student counseling, lead follow-ups, and converting inquiries into enrollments while maintaining high ethical and qualified standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel engineering students and working professionals regarding suitable courses and career paths
- Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp, and online leads
- Explain course details, training methodology, internships, and placement assistance clearly
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions
- Maintain student inquiry records and admission documentation
- Coordinate with trainers and academic team for batch planning
- Achieve monthly admission targets responsibly




- Build trust with students and parents through transparent counseling

Eligibility & Requirements
- Graduate / Diploma (Any stream - Engineering background preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in education sales / academic counseling / training institute sales:
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi:
- Strong convincing ability with ethical sales approach
- Passion for education and career counseling

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
