Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests, clients, and visitors professionally
- Handle guest queries and concerns promptly and politely
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth guest experience
- Manage front desk operations and visitor entries
- Maintain records, logs, and basic reports in Excel
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office + Excel)
- Ability to multitask and manage front desk activities
