Academic Trainer - Computer Science

Work Mode: On-site / Field-based (School Visits)

Responsibilities:
- Deliver structured and engaging training sessions for school teachers, principals, and academic
- coordinators in online and in-person formats.
- Visit partner schools using Next Education’s products (training materials, Mathubalan
- textbooks, Mathubalan digital content, and digital modules) to conduct teacher enablement
- programs.
- Train and support teachers in the effective usage, implementation, and integration of Next
- Education’s Computer Science curriculum and digital solutions.
- Demonstrate product features, digital platforms, coding tools, and classroom-ready teaching
- methodologies.
- Facilitate onboarding and post-implementation support to ensure successful adoption of products
- across schools.
- Conduct teacher assessments, collect feedback, and share improvement recommendations with
- internal teams.
- Design, update, and maintain training materials, presentations, user manuals,



and reference
- guides.
- Collaborate with content, product, academic, and technology teams to continuously enhance
- training quality and curriculum effectiveness.
- Organize and facilitate workshops, certification programs, refresher trainings, and academic
- events for educators.
- Maintain accurate training records, attendance, and school-wise reports.
- Provide ongoing academic and basic technical support to schools when required.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Education, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of school-level Computer Science concepts, coding fundamentals, and digital learning tools.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Solid presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage, motivate, and guide educators effectively.
- Comfortable working in a field-based role and willing to travel to
