Position: Packaging In charge (Senior Level)
Industry: FMCG - Breakfast Cereal Manufacturing

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Packaging In charge to lead and manage end-to-end packaging operations. The role requires solid leadership, operational excellence, and strict adherence to food safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise complete packaging operations and teams
- Ensure accurate packing, labelling, batch coding, and documentation
- Oversee packaging machines, materials, and line efficiency
- Maintain high standards of GMP, hygiene, and FSSAI compliance
- Coordinate closely with Production, QA, and Stores for smooth operations
- Drive productivity improvement and control packaging wastage
- Ensure timely completion of packaging plans as per dispatch schedules




- Basic computer proficiency for reporting and inventory tracking

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
