Key Responsibilities:
- Contact potential customers via outbound/inbound calls for new and used car loans
- Explain loan products, interest rates, EMI options, tenure, and eligibility criteria
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions
- Generate and follow up on qualified leads till loan closure
- Coordinate with dealers, DSAs, banks/NBFCs, and internal credit teams
- Collect and verify customer documents (KYC, income proofs, vehicle details)
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and disbursement status
- Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion ratios
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in new & used car loan sales
- Solid knowledge of bank/NBFC car loan processes




- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle objections and close deals efficiently
- Comfortable with tele-calling and CRM systems
- Target-driven with a customer-focused approach
- Graduate (preferred) / 12th pass with relevant experience
- Experience in banking, NBFC, or automobile finance sector
- Existing dealer or DSA network is an added advantage
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Professional attitude with strong follow-up skills

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
