Role Overview

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management
- Plan and publish regular content on Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook
- Create reels, stories, creatives, and posts using Canva or similar tools
- Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages
- Maintain and execute a monthly content calendar

Website & Digital Content Management
- Upload and update products, banners, and content on the WordPress website




- Coordinate with developers for website fixes and enhancements
- Monitor form submissions, WhatsApp inquiries, and website traffic
- Ensure basic SEO practices and website performance standards

Technical & Marketing Support
- Prepare basic performance reports using Google Analytics and Meta tools
- Handle WhatsApp chat integrations and lead capture forms
- Organize and update digital catalogs, brochures, and promotional assets

Requirements:
- Proficiency in Canva, WordPress, and social media platforms
- Basic understanding of SEO, CMS updates, and digital marketing tools
- Knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, IT, or a related field
- 0-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Freshers with strong digital
