- Minimum 3 years of corporate experience as a Python Developer / Engineer
- Worked on real MNC or enterprise-level projects:
- Strong expertise in:
- Core Python:
- OOPs Concepts:
- Data Structures using Python:
- Hands-on experience with:
- Django / Flask / FastAPI:
- REST API development
- Solid knowledge of:
- SQL (MySQL / PostgreSQL):
- Git & GitHub
- Experience in project deployment (AWS / Azure / Linux server preferred)
Trainer Responsibilities
- Deliver job-oriented Python training (Beginner → Advanced level)
- Teach real-time projects:
- Automation tools
- APIs & backend systems
- Guide students on:
- Coding standards & best practices
- Debugging & performance optimization
- Interview preparation & project explanation
- Assign practical tasks and conduct code reviews:
- Mentor students for corporate readiness
Good to Have
- Experience in:
- Data Science / AI-ML basics:
- Automation & scripting
- Prior teaching / mentoring experience:
- Exposure to Agile / Scrum environments
