Title:Blender 3D Artist Needed: Modeling, Rigging, Animation & Texturing (Substance/Marmoset)

About the Role:
Key Requirement:
- 3D modeling (low-to-high poly, optimized for games/animation).
- Rigging characters/objects with clean, animator-friendly controls (e.g., bones, IK/FK, deformers).
- Animation (cycles, walk/run, facial, props—smooth and believable).
- Texturing with Substance Painter (PBR materials, UDIMs, procedural workflows).




- Final bakes/renders in Marmoset Toolbag (AO, normals, curvature).

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1-3 yearsof qualified experience as a 3D Modeler / 3D Artist
- Expert in Blender (4.0+ preferred) for all modeling/rigging/animation.
- Proficiency in Substance Painter for texturing.
- Experience with Marmoset Toolbag for baking/rendering.
- Portfolio showing full pipeline (model > rig > animate > texture > render).

Bonus:
- Unity export in Blender. and some knowledge of the unity framework.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
