Job Overview

We are seeking a field-focused Plantation & Cultivation Executive to manage cultivation and plantation activities around the solar power plant. The role requires hands-on execution, regular monitoring of plants and crops, and ensuring greenery development without impacting solar panel operations.

Key Responsibilities

Plantation & Cultivation Activities
- Carry out plantation and cultivation activities around the solar power plant.
- Prepare land and support basic cultivation of suitable crops and plants.
- Assist in planting trees, shrubs, grass, and other low-height vegetation.
- Ensure proper growth and maintenance of plantation areas.

Plant Care & Maintenance
- Take care of plants through regular watering, pruning, weeding, and fertilizing.
- Monitor plant and crop health and identify pests or growth issues.
- Support basic pest control and plant protection measures.
- Ensure plantation does not shade or obstruct solar panels.





Irrigation & Field Support
- Assist in handling irrigation systems (manual, drip, or sprinkler).
- Ensure proper water usage and regular maintenance of plantation areas.
- Support greenbelt development and landscaping activities.

Monitoring & Reporting
- Maintain basic records of plantation and cultivation work.
- Report daily field status, issues, or requirements to the supervisor.
- Follow instructions and complete assigned tasks within timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / BSc / BTech in Agriculture / Horticulture / Forestry
- Freshers can apply
- Basic knowledge of cultivation and plantation practices
- Willingness to work on-site and outdoors
- Physically fit for field work
