Responsibilities:
- Enter and update data accurately and efficiently into the company's database or software system.
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting any discrepancies.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all data entered.
- Utilize Google Sheets for organizing and analyzing data, creating reports, and collaborating with team members.
- Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and completion of tasks.
- Handle additional administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a data entry operator or similar role.
- Proficient typing skills with a high level of accuracy and speed.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working efficiently.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and other Google Workspace tools.
- Experience with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn)



and social media management tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a related industry (e.g., healthcare, finance, customer service).
- Knowledge of data entry best practices and standards.
- Certification or training in data entry or related field.
