Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily hostel activities and operations.
- Ensure discipline and adherence to hostel rules by all residents.
- Maintain proper records of students staying in the hostel.
- Handle student grievances and resolve conflicts, if any.
- Monitor the entry and exit of hostel residents and visitors.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and orderliness in hostel premises.
- Coordinate with administration for facility maintenance and other requirements.
- Ensure safety and security of all residents, especially during night hours.
- Assist in medical emergencies and coordinate with healthcare facilities as needed.
