Job Responsibilities -
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to flight bookings.
Manage WhatsApp support for customers and suppliers.
Provide accurate information on bookings, changes, cancellations, and refunds.
Coordinate with internal teams and airline/supplier partners for issue resolution.
Requirements -
Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of flight booking process preferred.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
