Role Purpose:
To ensure accurate, timely, and compliant dispatch of all ecommerce orders and proper handling of returns and inward stock.

Key Responsibilities:
- Picking, packing, and dispatch of ecommerce orders.
- Ensure packing as per platform and company guidelines.
- Coordinate with courier partners for pickups.
- Maintain dispatch and return records.
- Handle RTO and return inward stock.
- Maintain packing material and work area cleanliness.

Responsibility & Control:
- Responsible for shipment accuracy and packaging quality.
- Responsible for proper inward of returns and stock updates.
- No shipment to be dispatched without system confirmation.
- Must report damages, shortages, or mismatches immediately.

Skills Required:
- Basic computer and barcode handling knowledge
- Understanding of warehouse and courier processes
- Physical ability for packing and material handling
- Valuable coordination skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
