Minimum qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a college/university Post Graduate degree in MBA, preferably Finance / Information Technology / Finance & IT
- Excellent oral and written communications skills with solid attention to detail
- Self-motivated with a passion for learning and problem solving
- Proficiency with MS Office including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint (ppt)
- Ability to understand:
- Requirements Life cycle and develop requirements
- Use Cases approach

- Familiarity with Financial Services/Capital Markets
- Ability to decompose Business Requirements into Functional / Technical / Non-Technical Requirements
- Ability to analyze data models to deliver logical conclusions
- Basic Database knowledge - Relational / xml
- Experience with MS Office Visio
- Agile / SDLC methodologies
- Familiarity with Requirements methodologies
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira etc
