Backend operations role in a cab/transport company
- Coordination of vehicles and drivers for confirmed bookings
- Focus on smooth trip execution and daily operational flow
- Works closely with drivers and internal operations team
- Good communication skills in Malayalam required
- Basic computer knowledge for handling booking and trip information
- Ability to make quick, practical decisions in a fast-paced setting
- 9-hour rotational shifts on a weekly basis
Shift Timings:
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Night Shift: 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM
- Overnight Shift: 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM
