You’ll be responsible for bringing stories to life through compelling visuals and engaging motion graphics — especially for social media campaigns. If you live and breathe design, storytelling, and animation, and you love turning concepts into scroll-stopping videos, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities- Conceptualize and create high-impact visual content for social media, digital campaigns, and brand communications.- Develop motion graphics, animated explainers, reels, and promotional videos using After Effects and Premiere Pro.- Translate briefs into visual narratives that work across formats – static, motion, and video.- Collaborate with the strategy and content teams to brainstorm fresh, creative ideas.- Stay on top of current design trends, social media formats,



and visual storytelling techniques.- Work on multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within deadlines. What We’re Looking For- Proven experience (portfolio/reel a must) in motion design, video editing, and visual storytelling.- Strong command of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop/Illustrator.- Ability to ideate, storyboard, and bring concepts to life.- A keen eye for design aesthetics, typography, composition, and color.- Ability to adapt to various brand guidelines and tones of voice.- Robust communication skills and a collaborative spirit. Bonus Points If You Have- Experience with 3 D animation or tools like Blender/Cinema 4 D.- Basic sound design knowledge.- Prior experience in agency or content-led environments.
