About the Role We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Solar Sales Executive to join our growing team. The role involves identifying new opportunities, meeting customers, understanding their electricity requirements and selling customized solar solutions. Key Responsibilities • Generate and develop new solar sales opportunities. • Converting leads to customers • Conduct customer meetings and regular field visits. • Understand electricity bills, consumption and customer requirements. • Identify suitable solar opportunities for residential,



commercial and industrial customers. • Coordinate with the technical team for site surveys and system design. • Present solar proposals, savings and ROI to customers. • Handle customer queries, negotiations and objections. • Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales. • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and customer information. • Build strong long-term customer relationships and generate referrals. • Has to work on weekends if required. Working week will be off on alternate Saturdays. • Will be eligible for public holidays • Post completion of probation, leave policy will be confirmed with the employee.
