The role combines front-end, back-end, API, cloud, data, and AI engineering to create production-grade digital workplace capabilities. Key Responsibilities Develop full-stack AI applications using modern front-end frameworks, APIs, cloud services, databases, and AI orchestration layers. Build workplace copilots, agentic workflows, RAG-based assistants, automation agents, telemetry dashboards, and self-heal integrations. Integrate with Microsoft Graph, Intune, Entra ID, Teams, ServiceNow/ITSM, DEX tools, knowledge repositories, and enterprise data sources. Implement secure authentication, authorization, observability, prompt management, evaluation, safety guardrails, and responsible AI controls. Create reusable components, APIs, microservices, cloud functions,



CI/CD pipelines, and automated tests. Collaborate with architects, data stewards, UX, product owners, and platform engineers to convert DWP use cases into scalable solutions. Support PoC-to-production transition, performance tuning, reliability engineering, and production support handover.
