Role Overview We're seeking a Full Stack Engineer with overall 8 years experience to design, develop, test and ship scalable web and backend systems using up-to-date architecture. You'll own features end-to-end—from architecture through deployment and production optimization. This is a hands-on role where you balance velocity with technical quality, work across the full stack, and collaborate closely with product, design, and infrastructure teams. What We’re Looking For (Who You Are) End-to-End Builder : You've shipped complete features - frontend, API, database, deployment. You understand systems from UI to Backend to infrastructure. Full-Stack Specialist: 8 years shipping production features end-to-end. You're comfortable moving across React → Python/Node.js → PostgreSQL/NoSql (Mongodb) → AWS. No layer is foreign to you. Pragmatic Tech Decision-Maker : You choose the right tool based on constraints (performance, scalability, time-to-ship). You know trade-offs and can justify architectural choices. Production-Focused : You think about reliability, scalability, monitoring,



and incident response. Your code goes to production and you own its behavior there. Systems Thinker : You understand databases,messaging, caching, API design, async patterns.
