Job Description: Project Coordinator / Project Manager Mandatory Experience : 3 to 10 years Salary : Best In the Industry Role Overview We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with experience in the insurance domain to support project planning, coordination, documentation, stakeholder communication, and day-to-day project activities. The ideal candidate should understand insurance processes and be comfortable coordinating between business teams, technology teams, vendors, and other stakeholders. Key Responsibilities · Coordinate project activities from initiation through completion. · Assist Project Managers with project planning, schedules, milestones, and deliverables. · Track project progress, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items. · Organize project meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items. · Coordinate communication between business, IT, operations, vendors, and other stakeholders. · Prepare and maintain project status reports, dashboards, trackers, and documentation.



· Monitor project timelines and escalate delays or critical issues to the Project Manager. · Maintain project plans, RAID logs, change requests, and other project artifacts. · Support requirements gathering and coordinate with Business Analysts and technical teams. · Assist with UAT planning, execution tracking, defect follow-up, and implementation activities. · Coordinate project releases, deployments, and post-implementation activities. · Ensure project documentation is maintained according to organizational standards.
