Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead and drive enterprise-wide architecture
strategy aligned with business objectives. The role will focus on digital transformation initiatives,
business-IT alignment, and governance of the enterprise technology landscape.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in defining and implementing enterprise
architecture strategies, working closely with senior business stakeholders, and leading large-scale
transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities
Define and implement enterprise architecture strategy aligned with organizational business goals Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to translate business vision into technology roadmaps
• Lead digital transformation programs including application modernization, cloud adoption, and
platform optimization
Develop target-state architecture across business, application, data,



and technology domains Drive enterprise architecture governance through Architecture Review Boards (ARB) and standardization frameworks
Establish and monitor architecture KPIs to measure effectiveness, compliance, and business impact Lead application portfolio rationalization and modernization initiatives Evaluate and recommend technology platforms, frameworks, and tools aligned with enterprise strategy
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, security standards, and enterprise policies Provide architectural guidance for complex business problems and strategic initiatives Required Skills & Experience
Enterprise Architecture
Robust experience in enterprise architecture strategy and execution Hands-on experience with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF Experience in defining enterprise architecture roadmaps and target-state models Digital Transformation
Proven track record in leading digital transformation programs Exposure to application modernization, micro
