The Role
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be a core contributor on our engineering team, building the high-performance backend systems and AI agentic workflows that power our platform. Working closely with the founding team, you will own significant technical areas end-to-end, from architecture and implementation through to deployment and help set the technical bar as we scale.

AI & Backend Engineering
System Architecture: Architect and build high-performance backend systems using Python (Fast API/Django) to power AI copilots and automation tools. AI Agent Innovation: Research and implement novel approaches for long-context handling, cascading error reduction, and structured outputs. Data Intelligence: Design synthetic data pipelines and automated verification systems to strengthen model performance. Infrastructure & Security: Contribute to Dev Ops, platform security, and deployment pipelines to ensure low latency and high reliability. Operational Excellence
