Job Description:
We are looking for an Out Systems Tech Lead to join our Out Systems Co E. During your time with us, you will be exposed to a broad and interesting range of projects and support the Head of Out Systems in RFP, technical challenges or other demands on the practice/team As a Tech Lead,



you will drive the implementation of cutting-edge solutions that solve complex technical and business problems, ensuring that all architectural best practices are being followed. You will need to have a strong technical background, be able to design app-level architecture, and have experience leading a team. What you'll be doing:
You will report directly to the Head of Out Systems Implement solutions that solve complex technical and business problems You will work closely with the other developers to support the implementation, mentoring and leadership during projects but also support junior developer training and evolution Support the practice in any activities needed Working in a consulting and client environment Working in Agile way forms What experience you'll bring:
Minimum of 6 years of Experience in Out Systems projects (ideally +2 years on Technical Lead roles). Ability to design applications/solutions following the Out Systems 3-layer architecture principle. Strong knowl
