Strong experience building or developing Customer MDM / Customer 360 solutions. Good understanding of Golden Records, Customer/Party models, source systems, crosswalks and data lineage. Should have hands-on experience with customer/individual mastering and deduplication. 2. Entity & Identity Resolution – Critical
Strong experience in Entity Resolution, Identity Resolution and Record Linkage. Hands-on experience with deterministic, probabilistic and fuzzy matching. Should understand blocking/candidate generation, matching scores, thresholds, precision/recall, false positives/negatives. Experience handling duplicate customers/individuals across multiple source systems. 3. Survivorship & Golden Record
Strong understanding of attribute-level survivorship rules. Ability to determine which source/value should become the Golden Record based on source priority, quality, completeness, recency, verification,



etc. Experience with merge/unmerge, crosswalks, source traceability and reversible merges. 4. Advanced SQL – Mandatory
Strong/advanced SQL is mandatory. Should be comfortable working with large datasets and complex SQL. Experience with CTEs, window functions, MERGE, query optimization and set-based processing. Candidate should be hands-on in writing and optimizing production SQL, not just reviewing it. 5. Snowflake + dbt
Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake. Hands-on dbt experience for transformation, modular models, testing, lineage and documentation. Postgre SQL experience is preferred. 6. Data Modeling & Data Quality
