Senior Product Manager About the Role We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution for our skills and AI platform. In this role you'll own products at the intersection of AI-powered experiences and skills intelligence - helping organizations understand the capabilities oftheir workforce and close skill gaps at scale. You'll partner closely with engineering, design, data science, and go-to-market teams to ship products that make learning smarter, more personalized, and measurably effective. This is a high-impact role for someone who is energized by ambiguous, fast-moving spaces and wants to shape how AI transforms how people learn and grow. In this Role you will Own the product vision,strategy, and roadmap for our skills capabilities, from discovery throughlaunch and iteration. Define and drive the AIproduct strategy - including personalized learning paths,



contentrecommendations, skills inference, and generative/agentic features - balancinguser value, technical feasibility, and responsible AI practices. Translate customer andmarket needs into explicit requirements, prioritized backlogs, and well-scopedinitiatives that engineering teams can execute against. Partner with data scienceand ML teams to build and refine models for skills mapping, competencyassessment, and adaptive learning experiences. Lead the Skills productsurface - course delivery, learning paths, assessments, reporting, adminworkflows, and integrations with the broader LXP/ LMS ecosystem. Conduct customer discovery,usability research, and win/loss analysis to continuously validate directionand uncover new opportunities.
