Summary Position Overview / Profile Summary : Novartis is hiring for a Business Analyst to join our Training and Change Management team. This role supports change management capability building and implementation of standards across the Integrated Marketing Organization. This individual works closely with AD, Change Enablement, Implementation Planning & Experience Design Manager, and Change Planning Manager to analyze processes, gather requirements, assess change impacts, and develop tools to ensure business readiness for large-scale initiatives. About the Role Key Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes and assess change impacts across initiatives Gather, document, and manage business requirements, ensuring traceability through solution design, testing, and validation Support development and execution of change enablement frameworks, templates,
