When you start the application process you will be presented with a drop-down menu showing all countries, please ensure that you only select a country where the role is based Key Responsibilities • Partner with In-Country teams, Compliance, Technology and other stakeholders to communicate key updates and ensure clear alignment across the team. • Drive continuous improvement in processes and services by applying operational knowledge and lessons learned. • Support the migration and ongoing BAU delivery of the In-Country Reporting function. • Own and support activities related to prevention, detection, assurance and oversight within the Regulatory Reporting function. • Provide timely, accurate and well-considered responses to external and internal queries. • Develop tactical and strategic process improvements,



collaborating with Technology and Change teams to deliver sustainable outcomes. • Ensure adherence to process documents, including regular updates, maintenance and effective execution. • Strengthen and embed a robust control framework across the Regulatory Operations team. • Manage team work allocation, prioritisation and quality delivery to support consistent outcomes. • Actively participate in Group projects and change initiatives, demonstrating commitment, ownership and a strong delivery mindset.
