This position reports to: Global Head IS Enterprise Architecture Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to define, govern, and evolve the architecture of the Human Resources (HR) domain across the enterprise. You will ensure the HR technology landscape is coherent, secure, and scalable, enabling consistent employee experience while supporting decentralized business needs. This role operates within the Enterprise Architecture function, translating enterprise guardrails into practical domain-level guidance for HR platforms and solutions. This role reports to the Senior Domain Architect for Functional Domains. The work model for the role is:
Li_hybrid You will be mainly accountable for HR Domain Architecture & Target State, including HR capability mapping HR Architecture Principles and Guardrails HR Integration & Data Architecture and Data Distribution Patterns Solution Architecture Reviews and Assessments HR Domain Roadmap aligned to enterprise strategy and HR Technology Roadmap Up to date architecture documentation in EA tools (e.g. Ardoq) Serving as the end-to-end architect for the Workday landscape, ensuring the total solution is coherent, fit-for-purpose, and aligned with strategy Continuously reviewing the collective Workday footprint to identify overlap, gaps, and opportunities for consolidation or better utilization of native Workday capabilities before custom solutions are introduced Understanding the modules and capabilities of the Workday solution and staying up to date with releases and current features to advise how they could c
