15+ years in telecom domain; 10+ years in architecture roles for OSS/BSS, SDN/NFV, and assurance. Expertise in OSS/BSS processes: catalog, order mgmt, inventory, fulfillment, assurance, billing. SDN/NFV/MANO: controllers, orchestration, VNF/CNF lifecycle. Service Assurance: telemetry, correlation, RCA, AI/ML ops. Solid knowledge of CAMRA, TM Forum Open APIs, MEF LSO, ETSI NFV, ONF SDN, 3 GPP. Hands-on with cloud-native tech: Kubernetes, Istio, Helm, Terraform, Ansible. API & integration: REST/Graph QL, Async APIs, API Gateways. Excellent consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred
Experience in large-scale transformation programs for Tier-1 operators. Exposure to Open RAN, edge orchestration, and marketplace monetization. Certifications: GSMA CAMARA, TM Forum, MEF, TOGAF, Cloud Architect
