Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Integration & Automation Engineer with experience in API integrations, workflow automation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in building scalable integrations across platforms, along with exposure to Gen AI, Share Point, and AWS environments.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain API integrations and automation workflows across systems Build and optimize workflow-based automation solutions to improve operational efficiency Integrate applications using REST APIs, webhooks, and middleware tools Work with ticketing/operations systems to manage incidents, requests, and escalations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement end-to-end integration solutions Monitor system performance and ensure adherence to defined SLA and escalation protocols Support automation using tools like Power Automate, Zapier,



or RPA platforms Contribute to solutions involving Share Point, Slack integrations, and cloud services (AWS) Explore and implement Gen AI-based automation use cases where applicable Mandatory Requirements (Must-Have)
Strong experience in API development / integrations (REST APIs, Webhooks) Hands-on experience in automation workflows / process automation tools Exposure to ticketing or operations systems (e.g., incident/request handling) Positive understanding of logic-based or decision-driven automation Preferred Qualifications (Good-to-Have)
Experience with Slack or bot-based automation Knowledge of Share Point / data tracking systems Understanding of SLA management and escalation handling Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code tools (Power Automate, Zapier, RPA) Exposure to AWS sertvices (Lambda, API Gateway, etc.) Basic understanding of Generative AI integrations (Open AI, GPT-based workflows)
