Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant to join our growing Business Applications practice. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in Dynamics 365 Business Central, excellent understanding of ERP business processes, and proven experience delivering end-to-end implementations and transformation projects.
The Senior Consultant will work closely with clients, business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, and project managers to understand business requirements, design scalable Business Central solutions, lead functional implementations, and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities




Business Analysis & Requirements
* Lead discovery and requirements-gathering workshops with clients and key stakeholders.
* Understand current business processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements using Dynamics 365 Business Central.
* Translate business requirements into functional solutions and detailed specifications.
* Create business process maps, functional requirement documents, user stories, and solution documentation.
* Advise clients on Business Central capabilities and recommend standard functionality wherever possible.

Business Central Implementation
* Lead or participate in end-to-end Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations.
* Configure and implement Business Central across relevant functional areas, including:
* Financial Management
* General Ledger
* Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
* Cash Management and Bank Reconciliation
* Fixed Assets
* Sales
* Purchasing
* Inventor
