Primary Responsibilities

Lead multiple engineering teams in delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise applications
Provide technical leadership in solution architecture, application modernization, cloud adoption, and engineering best practices
Drive end-to-end program delivery including planning, estimation, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication
Partner with Product Managers, Architects,



and Business stakeholders to align technology solutions with business objectives
Mentor Technical Leads and Engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
Ensure adherence to engineering standards, operational excellence, security, compliance, and quality expectations
Drive AI adoption, engineering productivity improvements, and modernization initiatives across delivery teams
Manage delivery risks, dependencies, resource planning, and prioritization to ensure successful program outcomes
