Primary Responsibilities

Develop and implement AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI strategies, with a primary focus on marketing-related business domains. Knowledge of the end-to-end content supply chain is preferred
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and execute AI/ML initiatives that drive business outcomes
Design, build, and deploy scalable AI/ML and Generative AI solutions that address complex business challenges




Drive innovation through hands-on development and continuous adoption of emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and methodologies
Lead the integration of AI/ML capabilities into products and platforms while promoting best practices across the development lifecycle
Leverage Agile and DevSecOps practices to enable automated, continuous delivery across the complete AI Development Lifecycle (AIDLC), from code check-in to production deployment
Develop and optimize solutions utilizing technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, Vector Databases, Prompt Engineering, and model fine-tuning
Mentor teams and contribute to the development of AI engineering capabilities, standards, and governance
Work across cloud environments to architect, deploy, and manage AI solutions on platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP
Continuously evaluate and implement current tools, languages, frameworks, and approaches
