Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations for the company’s on-site workforce in Sonipat, Haryana, India, in a full time capacity. Daily responsibilities include managing recruitment and onboarding, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The role involves administering performance management processes, handling employee relations, and supporting learning and development initiatives.



The Human Resources Manager will collaborate with leadership to develop HR strategies, design policies and procedures, and drive engagement and retention activities. The position requires a proactive approach to workforce planning, HR analytics, and continuous improvement of HR processes to support business goals.
