Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Executive – B2B IT & Telecom role based in Bengaluru. The Sales Executive will identify and qualify B2B prospects, conduct lead generation activities, and manage the full sales cycle for IT and telecom solutions linked to workspace offerings. Daily responsibilities include engaging with potential and existing clients, presenting product and service portfolios, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and implementation. The role involves maintaining accurate sales records, tracking performance metrics, and providing regular reports and market feedback to management. The Sales Executive will also nurture key accounts and build long-term relationships to support sustained revenue growth.
Qualifications
Demonstrated IT Sales experience with a focus on B2B and familiarity with Information Technology solutions.




Strong Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, cold outreach, and pipeline management.
Proven Account Management capabilities, with experience in client relationship building and retention.
Excellent Communication skills for presentations, negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration.
Understanding of telecom products and services relevant to corporate workspace solutions.
Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and travel locally for client meetings as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
Goal-oriented mindset with strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
Comfort using CRM tools, MS Office, and digital sales platforms.
