We are looking for a proactive and technology-oriented Business Development & AI Operations Manager who can work closely with management across business growth, AI-enabled workflows, hiring, employee coordination and day-to-day administration.
This is a cross-functional role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, learning current tools and improving how work gets done.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Business Development & Growth
• Identify new customers, partnerships, sales channels and business opportunities
• Research B2B, wholesale, retail, institutional and e-commerce opportunities
• Generate leads and conduct follow-ups
• Approach prospective customers and business partners
• Coordinate meetings, proposals, quotations and commercial discussions
• Assist management with negotiations and business closures




• Maintain and regularly update business development pipelines
• Research competitors, pricing, products and market opportunities
• Identify new revenue opportunities for the company
2. AI-Enabled Business Operations
A major part of this role will involve using modern AI tools to make everyday business activities faster and more effective.
The candidate should be comfortable working with tools such as:
• ChatGPT
• Gemini
• Claude
• Microsoft Copilot
• AI research and productivity tools
• AI presentation and documentation tools
• Workflow automation tools
AI may be used for:
• Business and competitor research
• Lead generation and qualification
• Drafting emails, proposals and reports
• Preparing presentations
• Data analysis
• Recruitment and candidate screening
• Creating SOPs and documentation
• Administrative work
• Process improvement
• Internal productivity and automation
