The ideal candidate should be skilled in identifying the right creators, managing collaborations, developing content concepts, and ensuring high-quality content that aligns with the brand's identity and marketing goals. Key Responsibilities Influencer Management - Research, identify, and onboard relevant influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms. - Reach out to influencers for paid and barter collaborations. - Negotiate pricing, deliverables, timelines, and usage rights. - Build and maintain robust relationships with influencers, agencies, and talent managers. - Maintain an organized influencer database and campaign tracker. Campaign Execution - Plan and execute influencer campaigns from onboarding to content publishing.



- Coordinate product dispatch and ensure timely campaign execution. - Follow up with influencers to ensure content is delivered on schedule. - Review influencer content before publishing to ensure it meets brand guidelines. - Coordinate with the creative and performance marketing teams for campaign success. Creative Direction & Scripting - Create detailed campaign briefs for influencers. - Write scripts, hooks, captions, key messaging, and CTAs for influencer content. - Share creative references, mood boards, competitor examples, and content inspiration. - Suggest trending reel ideas and content formats relevant to the brand. - Guide influencers on product showcasing, storytelling, and brand communication. - Ensure the final content aligns with the approved brief and brand guidelines.
