AI Practice & Delivery Head (AI PDH)

Role Overview

We are seeking a senior AI Practice & Delivery Head to lead the strategy, go-to-market, and delivery of AI solutions across the organization. The ideal candidate will come from a robust engineering background (product or platform engineering) and have previously worked as an AI Solution Architect before moving into leadership.
This role will be responsible for building the AI practice, driving AI-led business growth, leading presales and solutioning, and delivering enterprise AI solutions for global clients.

Key Responsibilities

AI Practice Leadership
- Define and lead the AI strategy, roadmap, and service offerings for the organization.
- Build and scale the AI practice across multiple client accounts .
- Establish reusable AI frameworks, accelerators, and delivery methodologies .
